Speed is an exhilarating card game that tests both your reflexes and strategic thinking. Here’s a quick guide to get you started:
- Objective: Be the first player to play all your cards.
- Setup: Use a standard 52-card deck. Deal 20 cards to each player, 5 are placed face down as a draw pile, and 15 form each player’s deck.
- Gameplay:
- Each player draws five cards from their deck into their hand.
- Place two cards face down in the center of the table. When both players are ready, flip them over to start the game.
- Players can place cards from their hand onto the center piles if they are one rank higher or lower than the top card. For example, if there’s a 5, you can play a 4 or 6.
